Sandisk Unveils NAND Innovations for the AI Inference Era at FMS 2026

Sandisk showcased its latest NAND technology at the FMS 2026 exhibition on August 5, 2026, at the Santa Clara Convention Center, aimed at supporting the development of artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. As the scale of AI models continues to expand and application demands increase, the need for capacity, bandwidth, and energy efficiency is also growing, making memory and storage technologies increasingly important for AI performance and large-scale deployment.

• BiCS10 QLC NAND Flash Memory Technology: This is a next-generation 3D NAND flash memory technology designed for AI, cloud, and data centers, aimed at enhancing storage density, performance, and energy efficiency.
• AI Data Lifecycle Framework: This is an updated version of Sandisk's proprietary framework, capable of addressing the storage needs across the AI lifecycle, covering all aspects from raw data archiving to content generation.
• HBF™ Technology: This is a new memory technology based on NAND flash memory, designed to meet the evolving demands of large-scale AI inference.
• Enterprise SSD: This SSD integrates high endurance configurations required for key-value caching workloads and is designed for future PCIe(r) 6.0 technology, achieving ultra-high capacity in an E3.S form factor.

Sandisk will also deliver a keynote speech at FMS 2026 titled "NAND: A Diverse and Scalable Foundation for the AI Era," analyzing how long-context models and intelligent workflows are reshaping memory and storage layers. The speech will take place at 11:40 AM Pacific Time on August 5, featuring members of Sandisk's senior management team.
