Mint and Edvance Sign MoU to Expand Education Robotics Market in the Middle East and North Africa

Mint Incorporation Limited ("Mint") announced on September 22, 2026, that its majority-owned joint venture Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited ("Rice Robotics AGI") has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Edvance Innovation Limited ("Edvance") to expand the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) educational robotics market through distribution cooperation.

Details of the Collaboration

Under the memorandum of understanding, Rice Robotics AGI will serve as the hardware and educational platform supplier, while Edvance will act as the distributor and course service provider in the Middle East and North Africa region. Edvance has been designated as the exclusive distributor of Rice Robotics AGI products in Morocco, and will expand to other MENA markets under the terms of the agreement.

The memorandum of understanding sets a non-binding commercial objective, aiming to deploy 3,000 educational robotics hardware units in the MENA region within 36 months. The target for the initial order of 50 units is set for ordering before November 30, 2026, with specifics to be determined based on the final product specifications, sample validation, and delivery terms agreed upon
