Mint Incorporation Limited ("Mint") announced on 8 October 2026 that its majority-owned subsidiary Axonex Robotics Limited ("Axonex Robotics") has entered into an OEM supply and licensing agreement with Irish company Centridex Limited ("Centridex"). Under this two-year agreement, the project's potential total value is approximately €3 million, with the first batch of orders valued at approximately €450,000, covering robot kits and platform licensing arrangements.

Agreement Content and Cooperation Model

Under the agreement, Axonex Robotics will supply Centridex with robot kits, platform licensing, technical standards, related software and platform technology. Centridex will be responsible for the assembly, testing and distribution of robot kits in Ireland, and will sell finished robots to local and other designated markets.

Milestone in International Development

Mint Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chen Hailong stated that this agreement marks an important milestone in the Group's international development strategy, demonstrating that market demand for scalable robot solutions is expanding beyond Asia. By establishing local assembly and distribution capabilities in Ireland, the plan will lay the foundation for Mint to further expand its European customer base.

Chen Hailong said: "We look forward to working closely with Centridex to drive the official implementation of the plan, complete the shipment of the first batch of kits, and lay the foundation for the next phase of Axonex Robotics' international expansion."
